◆構造及工作過程
工業廢水處理設備高品質淺層氣浮池運用了氣浮分離技術,氣(qi)(qi)浮分離技術是指空氣(qi)(qi)與水(shui)在一定(ding)的(de)工作壓(ya)(ya)力下,使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)最大限度的(de)溶入水(shui)中(zhong),力求(qiu)處于飽和狀態,然后把所形成的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力溶氣(qi)(qi)水(shui)通過減壓(ya)(ya)釋放,產生大量的(de)微(wei)(wei)細(xi)氣(qi)(qi)泡,與水(shui)中(zhong)的(de)懸浮絮(xu)體(ti)充分接觸(chu),使(shi)水(shui)中(zhong)懸浮絮(xu)體(ti)粘附(fu)在微(wei)(wei)氣(qi)(qi)泡上,隨氣(qi)(qi)泡一起(qi)浮到水(shui)面,形成浮渣并刮(gua)去浮渣,從而凈化水(shui)質。
淺(qian)層氣(qi)浮池是一種(zhong)先進的(de)快速氣(qi)浮系統(tong),它在(zai)傳統(tong)氣(qi)浮理論的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上,又(you)成功的(de)運(yun)用了(le)“淺(qian)層理論"和“零速原理",通(tong)過(guo)精心設計,集絮(xu)凝(ning)、氣(qi)浮、撇渣、刮(gua)泥(ni)為一體,是一種(zhong)水質(zhi)凈化處理的(de)高(gao)效設備。
針對傳(chuan)統氣浮(fu)(fu)(fu)池(chi)的(de)(de)不足之處,把它(ta)的(de)(de)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)和凈化水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)出口(kou)(kou)設(she)計(ji)為移(yi)動(dong)(dong)式,以(yi)縮短原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氣泡(pao)上浮(fu)(fu)(fu)時間,也就(jiu)(jiu)是原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)流向(xiang)氣浮(fu)(fu)(fu)池(chi)的(de)(de)同(tong)時,池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)向(xiang)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)流出的(de)(de)相(xiang)反(fan)方向(xiang)移(yi)動(dong)(dong),使進(jin)入到(dao)(dao)池(chi)子(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)基本上處于相(xiang)對靜止的(de)(de)狀態(tai),這樣水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)氣泡(pao)則沿著垂(chui)直方向(xiang)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)向(xiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)面,浮(fu)(fu)(fu)起速(su)(su)度(du)接(jie)近原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)固形物(wu)(wu)上浮(fu)(fu)(fu)速(su)(su)度(du)(4~10cm/min),因此原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)懸(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)物(wu)(wu)能很快浮(fu)(fu)(fu)到(dao)(dao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)面上,而(er)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)渣下(xia)的(de)(de)凈化水(shui)(shui)(shui)仍(reng)停留(liu)在原(yuan)處,當凈化水(shui)(shui)(shui)集水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)移(yi)到(dao)(dao)此處時,凈化水(shui)(shui)(shui)就(jiu)(jiu)能排到(dao)(dao)池(chi)外。為了使進(jin)、出水(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)能同(tong)步(bu)移(yi)動(dong)(dong),該機設(she)計(ji)成(cheng)圓形,進(jin)、出口(kou)(kou)管(guan)安放在轉(zhuan)架上,使它(ta)圍繞著中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong),這種移(yi)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式產生“零速(su)(su)"。原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)懸(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)物(wu)(wu)從水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)到(dao)(dao)表面的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度(du)快,三分鐘原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)就(jiu)(jiu)能達到(dao)(dao)凈化要(yao)求。
淺(qian)層氣浮(fu)池整(zheng)體(ti)呈圓柱形(xing),結(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)緊(jin)湊,池子較淺(qian)。包含池體(ti)、螺旋(xuan)(xuan)布水(shui)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)、溶(rong)(rong)氣釋放(fang)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)、旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)機(ji)架、集(ji)水(shui)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)、撇渣機(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)、溶(rong)(rong)氣系統、回流水(shui)管道及電控(kong)柜等(deng)部件(jian)。進水(shui)口(kou)、出(chu)水(shui)口(kou)和污泥的排出(chu)口(kou)均在設備(bei)的旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)區(qu)域內(nei),布水(shui)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)、集(ji)水(shui)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)、溶(rong)(rong)氣釋放(fang)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)都與(yu)(yu)框架緊(jin)密連(lian)接在一(yi)起,圍繞(rao)池體(ti)中心(xin)轉(zhuan)動。本裝(zhuang)置(zhi)提供成套設備(bei)總(zong)成及控(kong)制系統,通過集(ji)中控(kong)制與(yu)(yu)分散控(kong)制相結(jie)合(he),以使設備(bei)達到(dao)最(zui)佳運(yun)行狀態(tai)。
